Dynablaster review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Dynablaster for the Game Boy developed and published by Hudson Soft.

An early version of Bomberman for the Game Boy, Dynablaster is known in the States as Atomic Punk. The gameplay is largely the same Bomberman you know and love. Choose a world, walk around its grid-like layout and blow up the bad guys! You can also collect power-ups that change your bombs, and you can decide which ones to take into battle before each level. Dynablaster features single-player and local multiplayer play on the original Game Boy.

This video review features video gameplay footage of Dynablaster for the Game Boy and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.

Bomberman in multiplayer is fun forever.
In single player though it’s fun for about 5 minutes.

Wario Blast (featuring Bomberman) is easily the best “bomberman” game on
    the GB.

I’m guessing the name change was because they thought Bomberman sounded too

It’s the European version of a Game Boy version of Bomberman called Atomic
Punk. Don’t worry, it’s as fun as it is confusing.
